Air conditioning In the bedrooms and living room, each with its own remote

How to use it

Each room has its own unit and its own remote.

  • Press ON/OFF to switch it on.
  • Use MODE to choose cooling (snowflake) or heating (sun).
  • Set the temperature with the arrows. 23–24 °C keeps the house cool without driving up consumption.

If a unit does not respond, change the batteries in the remote — there are spares in the kitchen drawer.

House rules & notices

  • Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is on.
  • Switch it off when you leave the villa.
  • Do not set it below 21 °C — it will not cool any faster and the unit may freeze up.

Entertainment

TV room Smart TV in the living room, with international channels and streaming

How to use it

Turn the TV on with the black remote. The silver one is for the sound bar.

  • For streaming apps (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube) press Home.
  • For live TV press TV and dial the channel number.
  • If the screen stays black, use Source to check the input is set to HDMI 1.

Wellness

Sauna Dry sauna for four people, on the ground floor 09:00 – 22:00

How to use it

The sauna needs 30 to 40 minutes to heat up.

  • Switch it on at the wall panel next to the door.
  • Set the thermostat: 80–90 °C is the usual range.
  • The inside light has its own switch, to the right of the door.
  • The timer switches it off on its own once your set time is up.

Clean towels are in the bathroom cupboard on the ground floor.

House rules & notices

  • Under-16s only when accompanied by an adult.
  • Maximum 15 minutes per session.
  • Do not pour water or essences on the stones — this is a dry-heat model.
  • No clothes or footwear inside; always sit on a towel.
  • Avoid using it after a heavy meal or after drinking alcohol.
  • If you feel dizzy, leave straight away and drink water.
